Our Reservations Policy

• To ensure the best experience with our Un-Chained Gang, reservations are required. We
  recommend booking early, especially during busy vacation seasons, as tours often fill up quickly.
  Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  
  Refunds & Cancellations: We prefer a 72 hr notice to cancel, NO same day cancellation allowed to avoid being charged in full.
• Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your tour (minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• If we must cancel due to weather or trail conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.
  
  Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
  and we offer a 5% cash discount to avoid the merchant credit card fee.
